I understand that if I wish to cancel or reschedule, please give us 24 hours notice. Failure to do so, the price of the service is non-refundable for all day bookings and for overnight stays and chaperone services, failure to inform us within 3 days of the start date, the deposit will not be refunded.
I understand that if myself, the owner, gives us permission, verbally or written, that their dog can be let off the lead that any incident under these conditions, we will not be held liable.
