There's no doubt that when you go looking around the pet store, you see Kong products, such as Kong Classic and stuffed toys, everywhere!
I imagine you have come here to see whether you should part with the cash or look for something different, particularly when it came to mental stimulation. That's why we've asked the question, "is a Kong Classic really worth it?"
We've taken feedback from other people's experiences* and this is what they had to say:
"Yes. Absolutely. Kongs are a gateway into every puzzle toy - and a dog that knows how to settle down for 30minutes and work on a puzzle toy is a happy dog."
"Yes! Just bought a second one so I can freeze both overnight. My pup gets half his food in frozen Kongs and half hand fed. They take him a good 30-45 minutes to get through and he loves them."
"yes! definitely yes. buy one and see how your pup likes it, then get three more."
"Mine (german Sherpard ) never shown any interest in one, even with the best fillings/treats inside. Can't hurt to buy a small one to test the waters though"
Collectively, it shows that Kong Classic across the board is a great product and perfect for mental stimulation from any age. It might be trial and error to find your dog's favourite food combination.
