Our list of must-haves to enjoy dog walking

It's always difficult to not get sucked into consumerism, particularly in the dog wellbeing industry! Whether you are new to dog walking as a n owner or as a professional or whether you are avid dog walker - we suggest reading this list of six important things to buys! • Ski Jacket - Who said these jackets are just for skiing? These are wonderfully light weight, warm and mostly waterproof. It saves having to layer up with multiple coats and they have so many pockets!! • Spend extra on decent walking boots - Take it from us.. you can tell the difference at the end of the week. Although we all work a mixutre of brands, Ellie highly recommends North Face if you can! • Comfortable walking trousers - We suggest buying secondhand as they will be get muddy and destroyed easily • Don’t feed into the fancy - The dog industry is MASSIVE, don't feel that you need to buy dog walking bag or fancy extras, as long as the bag can fit your keys, your phone and a roll of pop bags - you’re good to go! • Not a requirement but a firm recommendation, buy a rape alarm or something similar in nature - if you are out lone walking, it’s good for your safe but can also be used if a dog fight becomes too bad for you to step in.
