Overnight Stay (1 Night)
Service Description
Choose our overnight stay service at Floofs and Friends as the perfect alternative to traditional boarding, kennels and catteries. With us, your pets will be able to stay in the comfort of their own home and receive personalised attention from our experienced pet sitters. Booking Payment: You will be asked whether you wish to pay £19.50 as deposit or the full amount upfront. Extra Information: A typical "night" is classified as a 12pm arrival and departure. If you wish to extend the booking, there will be an extra £10 per hour charge and this will be included in the final invoice. Travel: Travel expenses are included so there's no extra hidden costs. Anything more than 1 hour's worth of travel one way, there is an extra fee of £10.
Cancellation Policy
I understand that if I wish to cancel the Overnight Stay, please give us 3 days notice to receive full refund. Failure to notify us within 3 days, 30% of the booking will be non-refundable. Failure to notify us within 1 day of the start date, 50% of the booking will be non-refundable. I understand that if myself, the owner, gives us permission, verbally or written, that their dog can be let off the lead that any incident under these conditions, we will not be held liable. I understand that if myself, the owner, gives us permission, verbally or written, that their cat can be let outside that any incident under these conditions, we will not be held liable. I understand that if I chosen to pay 30% deposit to secure the bookings, an invoice will be sent up to 7 days after the last day.
